Valentine's Day is tomorrow! So grab someone you love and do this workout:
1. Partner Plank Patty Cake- face each other in a plank and high five each other using alternating hands (20 each hand)
2. Back to Back Squats- keep your backs touching and walk yourselves down into a wall sit against each other
3. Leg Lift Push Downs- have one person lying on their back with the other standing over their head. The lying person holds onto the others ankles and brings their legs straight up in the air while the partner pushes the legs back down to the floor. Don't let your feet touch the floor during the leg lifts!!! (15 total)
4. Wheelbarrows- this childhood favorite is still relevant as an adult and will get your arms and core burning! One person starts in a plank and the other picks up there feet while standing behind them. From this position (depending on the amount of space you have available) you can do forward and backward hand walks or even push ups!

Repeat 3-5X and you've earned yourself a glass of champagne and a chocolate covered strawberry, go you!!
