Thanksgiving has become a holiday that revolves around food. This season I want you to have fun, treat yourself, but remember to be thankful for your family, your blessed life, and your health.
I know a lot of you are already doing my Holiday Challenge (and crushing it! I am so proud of you all!!) but I wanted to create a little extra challenge for everyone this week based directly off of your holiday/ dinner plans to make it fun!
It’s easy! - just follow the directions for each food you eat or tradition you take part in:
Number of Guests = Rounds of this Challenge
Turkey = 20 Push ups
Other meats = 20 sit ups
Potatoes = 1 minute jumping jacks
Pie = 1 minute mountain climbers
Other desserts = 1 minute plank
Cranberries = 20 squats
Alcoholic drinks = 1 minute wall sit (per drink)
Go back for seconds? = double it!
Remember, there’s no need to stuff yourself or overdo it! Leftovers are awesome! Be mindful and listen to your body.
